Pan American Orchid Society will not collect any personal data (e.g. your name, address, telephone number and email address) unless you provide it voluntarily. You may choose to provide us with personal data, in order to join the society, register for the website, post a comment or sign up for an email newsletter. When you submit your personal data you are consenting to such use.
We share our membership roster information with other PAOS members via the annually printed membership roster handed out to members and via a members-only section of the website. You can opt-out by emailing the Secretary with your name and detailing your request to opt-out of the membership roster.
